# User Guides

Factor Scale enables [veFCTR](/governance/fctr-token.md#vefctr) holders (i.e. [FCTR stakers](/governance/factordao/user-guides/stake-fctr.md)) to direct protocol emission rewards to their favourite strategy vaults via a weighted voting mechanism. The guides below walks through the entire Scale voting process and how you can participate.
