The FactorDAO implements a gauge voting system that allocates greater emissions voting weight for FCTR tokens which have been vested for longer periods. The FCTR token facilitates value exchange on the Factor platform and empowers holders to participate in its governance. In exchange for staking FCTR, users are granted governance voting rights while simultaneously benefitting from community rewards and incentives.
